Nuestros diseñadores Ludovica + Roberto Palomba no esperan ociosos a que les llegue la inspiración, sino que la encuentran en cada momento y la trasladan a la forma en que vivimos. Starman no es una excepción.
Starman juega con la imposición, con elementos perturbadores de orden natural para crear algo nuevo. Nuevo es un concepto trepidante, pero que requiere aceptación, porque lo nuevo también significa romper con el statu quo. Si Bowie apostó por dibujar crescendos y por jugar con la lírica de las canciones, Starman juega con contornos agresivos y potentes, diseñados para imponer su presencia en un espacio único. Encontrarás respaldos bajos, líneas curvas, gotas que descienden y la ilusión de un espacio flotante.
Es donde el diseño discrepa de la norma, imprimiendo carácter y descubriendo un equilibrio propio y único en contraposición. Starman nos insta a investigar y a comprender nuestra singularidad sin detenernos jamás.

Le mot Starman vous fera forcément penser au son éclectique de David Bowie qui ne s'est jamais reposé sur ses lauriers au cours de sa carrière musicale ; tout comme lui, Ludovica + Roberto Palomba n'attendent pas que l'inspiration leur tombe du ciel, ils la trouvent dans des instants et la capturent à la manière dont nous vivons. Starman ne fait pas exception.

Starman is about imposition, it's about disturbing elements of the natural order to create something new. New, it's a meaning that is filled with trepidation yet it needs to be embraced because, new can also mean changing the status quo. If Bowie played with delineating crescendos and lyrical wordplay, Starman is playing with aggressive and powerful contours, designed to impose their being in a unique space. Here, you will find low backs, curved lines, swooping drops and an illusion of a floating space.
